Value Added Tax
Calvoran LLC is a US-based company without a German or European VAT ID. Services rendered to entrepreneurs established in the EU are generally invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure pursuant to § 13b UStG or Art. 196 VAT Directive. Cross-border digital services to consumers within the European Union are handled via the EU Non-Union One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme (registration with the Federal Central Tax Office, Germany).

Calvoran LLC is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
