Calvoran LLC — Manu’s Impossible | Effective: March 2026

§1 Scope and Provider

(1) These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of digital imagery products (“Digital Products”) through the website manusimpossible.com (“Website”).

(2) The provider is Calvoran LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, represented by Johannes Wilhelm Breuers (Managing Member). Creative services are performed by Manuela Heckmanns.

(3) Deviating terms of the customer are not recognized unless Calvoran LLC expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

§2 Subject Matter and Description of Services

(1) Manu’s Impossible creates bespoke AI-generated digital imagery based on reference photos provided by the customer. The final deliverables are high-resolution digital image files delivered electronically.

(2) No physical products are manufactured, shipped, or delivered. All products are digital files.

(3) The creation process follows four stages: (a) Narrative — customer provides reference photos and background; (b) Inspiration — the studio curates scenarios; (c) Selection — customer receives a bespoke preview for approval; (d) Reveal — final collection delivered digitally within 3 business days after approval.

§3 Pricing and Payment

(1) All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

(2) Collections start at €189 for a set of 6 high-resolution digital images. Individual pricing is communicated before the customer approves the preview.

(3) Payment is processed via Stripe (stripe.com). Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards. Applicable value-added tax (VAT) or sales tax is calculated automatically based on the customer’s location and shown on the secure payment page. Calvoran LLC is registered under the EU Non-Union One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme for cross-border digital services (Registration via BZSt, Germany).

(4) Payment becomes due only after the customer has reviewed and explicitly approved the personal reference preview. No payment is collected before approval.

(5) The customer will not be charged until they confirm satisfaction with the preview. This approval constitutes a binding order.

§4 Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation

(1) Customers within the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for distance contracts.

(2) The right of withdrawal expires once the digital content has been delivered and the customer has given prior express consent to begin performance and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost upon full delivery (Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU).

(3) By approving the personal reference preview and triggering payment, the customer expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal upon delivery of the final digital files.

(4) Prior to approval of the preview, the customer may cancel at any time without cost.

§5 Delivery

(1) Final digital image files are delivered electronically (download link or email) within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

(2) The risk of accidental loss passes to the customer upon making the digital files available for download.

§6 Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

(1) Upon full payment, the customer receives full and unrestricted usage rights for all delivered digital image files for personal and commercial use.

(2) Calvoran LLC retains the right to use anonymized or non-identifiable excerpts of the work for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless the customer objects in writing.

(3) By submitting reference photos, the customer warrants that they hold all necessary rights and permissions for all depicted persons and content.

§7 Ethical Standards and Content Policy

(1) The studio preserves the natural features and silhouette of depicted persons. No alteration of body shape, weight, or fundamental features (“digital surgery”) is performed.

(2) Projects are refused if they involve: non-consensual imagery of any person; depictions of public figures without authorization; violent, explicit, or adult-only content.

(3) All work requires explicit consent from all persons depicted in the reference material.

§8 Limitation of Liability

(1) Calvoran LLC is liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

(2) For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages and only in cases of breach of material contractual obligations.

(3) Liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

§9 Data Protection

(1) Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at manusimpossible.com/datenschutz.

(2) Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe, Inc. Calvoran LLC does not store credit card or bank details. Stripe’s privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy

(3) Reference photos are stored only for the duration of the project and deleted within 30 days of delivery, unless the customer requests extended storage.

§10 Dispute Resolution

(1) The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

(2) Calvoran LLC is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

(1) These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

(2) For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence apply in addition.

(3) Exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes is Sheridan County, Wyoming, USA, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

§12 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
